(iv)DynamicCoupons, therefore explicitly emphasize that it does not control, or takes any responsibility for the conduct of users using DynamicCoupons platform.  All users including self are encouraged and expected to perform due diligence, research, and use necessary investigation before agreeing to use product and services offered, interact, and making contact with other users on DynamicCoupons. Same research and due diligence should be performed for the product representations and warranties associated with it.

(v)If you violate any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, this Agreement terminates immediately without notice. Termination
